With twins on the way, Rebekah has been busy juggling, wrapping up, and handing over projects. Her main focus remains on First Capital Place, where she is continuing to make progress on the drawings toward a permit set. She has officially handed Cedarhurst of Wichita over to Todd, who is currently on site doing the punch list this week. She also handed Cedarhurst of Wentzville over to Lindsay. The project is looking great and the team is making great construction progress as they look forward to completion in early 2025.
