Cedarhurst of Lawrence
The design for Cedarhurst of Lawrence was modified from Dover Development’s new prototype design we did in Topeka, KS. In this way, we can meet the needs of the community while fitting the building on the site.
The community will house 54 assisted living units and 22 memory care units. The building focuses on gathering people together and creating a sense of community throughout the facility. The building will feature multiple dining options, a movie theater, activity spaces, and a meandering path through the central courtyard. The design provides residents with ample sunlight and a patio off each assisted living unit.
