Inspired by the cliffside homes above Encino, this dynamic façade is designed to capture unique views of the surrounding mountains.

Each resident unit has its own sense of place established through the interplay of solid forms and extensive glazing. The building engages the city streetscape with a green wall that serves as a metaphorical vertical lawn that gives the modern forms a clean plinth to meet the ground. This new senior living community features a grand street level lobby, pool deck and courtyard, and lush rooftop garden terraces. The walkable neighborhood with short walks to Trader Joe’s and many other community amenities serves as a supremely livable backdrop.
