Clarendale Senior Living
The newest edition to senior living in the St. Louis metro area was completed in early 2020. Clarendale features nearly 200 resident units in the main building and also includes eight stand-alone resident villas totaling 16 additional units. We designed the building with ample stone and handsome blue siding that harmonizes with the local community.
The complex offers a wide variety of amenities including a fitness center, salon, pub/lounge, a beautiful outdoor patio, and a state of the art movie theater.
