Greater Goods | St. Louis Restoration Project

We are excited to partner with Greater Goods as they expand and develop a new company headquarters within St. Louis City limits!

Laclede Gas Station G is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Originally constructed in 1911 as a natural gas pumping station, the building has been unoccupied for some time, and is in need of restoration work. Even in its roughest condition, the building completely captured our imagination and that of Greater Goods President Chris Chupp. The building is a shell of soaring space, large windows, and fantastic masonry details. We're going to help Greater Goods turn it into creative office space that will help them to stretch their wings, add to a growing staff, and continue their inspiring work of product development with a conscience.

nextSTL has gotten word of the restoration and gives St. Louis a sneak-peak of the project, scheduled to finish its first phase of renovation in fall 2017.
