Wells Fargo Development | HOK

A new high rise apartment building in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The building incorporated retail spaces on the ground floor with a 5 story concrete garage podium with an amenity deck. The  development consists of 19 floors of residential studio, 1-4 bedroom units with every unit having floor to ceiling glazing. The site also accommodated a new modern branch location for Wells Fargo Bank.
