The building provides 304 beds in apartment style living with two basic bedroom types. While all units are 4-student apartments, they are a mix of single and double bedrooms. Each unit contains compartmentalized restroom facilities, full kitchens, and a living room.

In order lo encourage social interaction among the occupants, different amenities are scattered vertically through the building in the center “knuckle” area. Located on a wooded hillside, the building is entered on the front side a full level above the back door, which happens lo be the primary connector to campus.
