We love Pie (Pi)!

Who doesn’t love pie? Who doesn’t love celebrating pie…or in this case Pi Day. It’s true we’re celebrating belatedly. On the other hand, since Pi is an infinite number no worries, right? Team Vessel really outdid themselves this year - we had to move to a bigger table! We have chicken pot pie, apple pie, fudge banana cream pie, shepherds pie, key lime pie, mushroom quiche, taco pie, and peanut butter pie.

A math lesson first: Pi is the ratio of a circle's circumference to it diameter. The diameter is the distance from edge to edge, the circumference is the distance around the circle. A circle is always a little more than 3 times its width (3.14159), for any circle of any size.

Enough math….time for pie!!
