Two Weeks!
Two weeks. That is how much time we were given to design a significant building that would fit seamlessly into its' community, please the client, and wow the municipality. The resulting (admittedly basic) 3D animation and supporting rendering boards were warmly received by both.
The proposed project is an Assisted Living facility for the Chicago area. We're hoping for a smooth approval process. Until that time we can't divulge details but suffice it to say this would be a really special project in a very nice area of Chicago!
