This project in Potomac, Maryland will feature both Assisted Living and Memory Care units.

We are excited to be working on this project with Harbert South Bay and Balfour Senior Living, to bring a vibrant, high-end senior living community to the Metro DC area.

This project has been through many different design phases, demonstrating Vessel’s flexibility and adaptability to change. The original structure was a 3-story wood project and it is now two stories of metal.
