Project Feature: First Capitol Place

As we approach the completion of Design Development later this month for First Capitol Place, we wanted to share how far it’s come.

The architecture pays homage to the 250-year heritage of St. Charles, thoughtfully integrating historical elements into a contemporary design. Each detail meticulously reflects the essence of the city’s past while embracing forward-looking innovation.
