Project Feature: Private Residence

This family sought to relocate closer to school and local activities while creating a home that embraces their love for entertaining. Our design centers around a large, covered patio, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining, offering an ideal setting for gatherings with friends and family.

Inside, the open kitchen is equipped with commercial-style appliances, providing a chef’s dream space for preparing meals and hosting. The expansive gathering room features tall ceilings and clerestory windows, flooding the space with natural light and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.

With future-proofing in mind, the main floor is designed for aging in place, incorporating accessibility features such as wide doorways, minimal thresholds, a roll-in shower, and a master closet that connects directly to the laundry room for ease of use. This thoughtful design ensures the couple can comfortably enjoy their home for years to come.
