Meet Todd Donze
As one of our Associate Principals, Todd is quite busy managing various projects, but is always willing to help others with their tasks as well. For the Potomac Senior Living project, Todd is finalizing the permit and is eagerly looking forward to construction starting later this year. For First Capitol Place, which just saw the completion of Design Development, he has been diving into the code requirements for building next to and above a parking garage as we move into the Construction Documents phase.
Outside of the office, Todd’s been busy landscaping his newly finished home. It’s really looking great! When he’s not working on the house he is normally doing something with his four boys. He just went to Cub Scout Camp with his younger two! He and his family are looking forward to their trip to the lake next week!
