Meet Roger Manwaring
Roger, one of Vessel’s Associate Principals, is our resident code guru and design expert. He is currently spearheading Bidding and Permitting for Encino Senior Living, successfully navigating the Los Angeles permitting process. He is also working on the Design Development of First Capitol Place in St. Charles, Missouri. Roger also recently completed the masterplanning and design of a 22 acre property for a private client.
In his off hours, Roger has been working on a build out of an in-wall salt-water reef fish tank in his basement! He and his family also recently took a trip to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, where the highlight by far was Harry Potter World!
