Meet Pete Schwartz
Pete Schwartz, one of the founding principals here at Vessel, has stellar architectural vision and an unwavering dedication to this firm. He always has a number of projects on his desk, most of which are in the very early stages of development. He is currently determining site feasibility for Impact City FC, as they want to develop their own facility here in St. Louis. Pete is also heavily involved in the First Capitol Place project, in which they are continuing to develop the design. The multi-family community will be a transformative development in the area, with construction anticipated later this year.
Outside the office, Pete is just as dedicated to his family. They had a wonderful holiday season, with matching pjs of course, and even cut down their own Christmas tree! His twins are currently navigating the exciting journey of selecting their high school. The boys are both knee-deep in youth soccer and are gearing up for a travel tournament in Kansas City. They are also in the early stages of planning a trip to the Northeast this summer to explore the rich history of the Revolutionary War and the landscapes of Acadia National Park in Maine. As self-proclaimed "national park junkies," they're excited to immerse themselves in the natural beauty and historical significance of these destinations.
