Meet Pete!
Pete, one of Vessel’s Principal Architects, has been busy leading a range of exciting projects that showcase both creativity and thoughtful design.
A private residence he’s working on is undergoing a major transformation, with construction underway on an addition to their historic home. This project includes a small event space, multiple historic roof turrets, a completely rebuilt second story, and an elevator to ensure every floor is accessible, making it the family's "forever home."
At The Journey West County, our team is helping the church plan for the future by creating a strategic vision through programming and master planning.
We're also partnering with Impact City FC, a premier youth soccer club, as they search for property to build their first permanent home in St. Louis. We've assisted them with space programming, budget development, strategic site selection, and the conceptual design of buildings and soccer fields.
Additionally, we're excited to continue our long-term relationship with New Community Church. They recently purchased an existing building that will become their new campus, and we're designing immediate, impactful renovations to help them move in quickly, followed by a master planning process to guide the future use of their space to best serve their community.
When he can get away from the office, Pete has been enjoying some well-deserved time with family. His son’s soccer team had an exciting summer, winning a 3v3 tournament! They had a recent family outing to play mini golf and to celebrate the final few days of summer before his kids went back to school. Additionally, he and his dad had the honor of attending a dinner hosted by the Missouri Athletic Club, where they celebrated Bob Costas and his remarkable 50 years in sports broadcasting. He and his family are also looking forward to their fall break trip out to the Smoky Mountains!
