Cedarhurst of Topeka
Dover came to Vessel asking us to help them with a major update to their existing prototype.
Cedarhurst of Topeka, a 75,000 square foot community, houses 57 units of assisted living and 25 memory care units. The building focuses both on gathering people together, and creating a sense of community throughout the facility. The building features multiple dining options, a movie theater, and a meandering path through the central courtyard. The new unit layout provides residents with ample sunlight and a patio off each assisted living unit.
