Coffee is for Closers Mug..a little history

So nearly every week, we award the “Coffee is for Closers Mug,” borrowed from the movie, “Glengarry Glen Ross” but with a fun, positive vibe to it.

This is to recognize a team member who went above and beyond to help a client, get a set of drawings approved by a planning and zoning commission, an ARB (architectural review board) or helped a team member with design work or even to meet…or beat..a deadline.

Last week the mug went to Kevin Gates and his team for their work on the Spectrum Retirement Camelback project (in Scottsdale, AZ). Well done everyone!

This week, shout out to Roger Manwaring for his work on a beautiful set of renderings for a potential local project. Great work, Roger!
