Spotlight on Christy Phelps

Even as a kid growing up in St. Charles, Christy loved to build, create and solve problems. Through travel with her family, she developed an interest in history and an appreciation for the craftsmanship, execution and detail in buildings, especially old ones. After college, she headed to Connecticut, where she gained experience in the historic renovation and residential design of high-end homes. In 2016, she returned to St. Louis to work at Vessel and serve as one of our primary tech and go-to Revit Gurus.

In her spare time, Christy exercises her creative muscles on projects ranging from sewing to creating custom signs (her creativity in Halloween costumes is unrivaled). She also enjoys water and snow skiing, sailing, traveling to wherever there are interesting historic buildings, and volunteering as a ski companion for disabled kids at Hidden Valley.
