It reflects the regional mission-style architecture of the area with natural colors and materials. Ample outdoor space offers boccie ball courts, walking paths, and gardens with ample shade encourage residents to enjoy the outdoors. We are especially proud of the innovative multi-venue dining experience that is efficiently organized around the versatile main kitchen. A second floor bar/lounge with walkout roof deck is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage in wine country. The interior design harkens back to the days when this area was a favorite Hollywood getaway.
Vessel is playing the role of Design Architect and Owner’s Representative, advancing and representing the Owner’s interests, (while navigating the complicated State of California code requirements), from entitlement through construction.
