Greater Goods

Greater Goods had a vision to adapt the building into the primary headquarters for their growing product development and online retail business, with options to flexibly divide and lease portions of the space according to their projected growth plan. They turned to Vessel for our creative muscle and experience with office design, rehabilitation of historic structures, and our ability to navigate the Historic Tax Credit and Brownfield Tax Credit systems. The final design reflects the modern, minimalist style that characterizes their brand in both aesthetics and principle.

This building is a former pumping station for the Laclede Gas Company in St. Louis, originally constructed in 1911. It is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
