Lone Mountain Memory Care
Designed to fit seamlessly into an upscale, North Scottsdale residential community, special attention was paid to massing, color, and texture to break down the scale of the building.
The floor plan of this stand-alone memory care facility is designed to address the challenge of resident elopement. The building features spacious and inviting interior spaces in cool-tone colors, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces where residents can enjoy plenty of fresh air and sunshine.
On this project, the client needed help meeting extremely challenging and contradictory local zoning code, building code, and state licensing requirements. We were able to meet those challenges with a design that Spectrum agrees is one of their favorites.
