Rozier Building
This was a renovation of a historic building in downtown Ste. Genevieve for use by the Parish and Valle Catholic Schools.
The project known as the Rozier Building Renovation is a 28,000 sf renovation of a 1920's furniture store with a five and dime addition to the side and a grocery addition in the back. The new design features a much needed exterior clean up that opens up several large windows that were covered over. On the interior, the building features a large parish gathering space, an early childhood center with preschool and kindergarten rooms and a large interior play space, the St. Vincent de Paul mission, and several school related spaces, such as band, drama, and weight room.
