Lombard Place Assisted Living & Memory Care

The project represented a new prototype ideally suited for compact sites, which opened up opportunities for our client to develop new sites which may have otherwise been too small.

The building is a four-story non-combustible structure with memory care on the second level and a secure outdoor courtyard.
