Westbrook Senior Living | Grand Opening!
Congratulations to Spectrum Retirement on completing another beautiful senior living project in Chicago! We were honored to attend the Grand Opening and grateful to have been a part of the process, from start to finish.
Westbrook Senior Living, located in Streamwood, Illinois, features 132,125 GSF and 137 resident units - providing ample space for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The site also boasts a picturesque pond, covered parking, courtyard and memory garden.
“It was a fantastic afternoon celebrating with Spectrum and everyone else who has been involved in this project. It turned out to be such a success - and I’m so glad my wife, Susan, could also join us in celebrating!
There were probably a couple of hundred people who stopped by, including some residents who had already settled in. It was great because Todd was dressed so spiffy, that one of the residents thought he was a band member and asked him where his instrument was. We had only hoped he was going to surprise us with a saxophone solo!”
