Here at Vessel we take things seriously. So that’s why we sent Jenn and Todd to the IKEA Grand Opening, because the IKEA Grand Opening is pretty darn serious.
After spending the early morning hours camped out in unfortunate Kansas State chairs, snacking on Quick Trip donuts and talking shop with of hundreds IKEA groupies, the time had finally come…
“Flag ceremonies, cheese cubes, DJs on every corner and a pep talk from the Mayor. Can you say PAR-TAY?!”
Four hours, three broken ribs, 2 missing teeth and some chipped fingernail polish later…
(just kidding - Jenn and Todd actually came out in better condition than before they went in) our Vessel reps carted their way past the Finnish line. And now...we build...and enjoy many years of Swedish meatballs, over-sized cinnamon buns and assemble-at-your-own-risk furniture.
Great job today, team!
Jenn and Todd were the first customers to place a cabinet order at the new store - meaning that Vessel will forever go down in IKEA-STL history (fist pump!).
