Harbor View Master Plan | Private Client
Aprecis Group engaged our creative energies to help this landowner envision a redevelopment project in the wake of their property being devastated in Hurricane Katrina. Our resulting masterplan for the site featured a mix of buildings and uses. Through smart land allocation we were able to use the buildings to establish buffers which open up the interior of the site for private walks, picnicking, and beautifully framed views of the ocean.
