Adaptive Re-use | First Phase

Summit Church is a growing church plant that needed to transition from rented space at a school to a permanent facility that would allow them to focus on ministry instead of logistics.  They asked us to conceptualize an Adaptive Re-Use scenario that would allow them to focus their building acquisition search.  We used this vacant mattress store as a model case and developed a design that reflects the church's personality and priorities.  They loved the design and proceeded to purchase a different building.  When the time came we helped them accomplish a spectacular renovation that met their extremely tight budget constraints.
