Building on the success of earlier suburban Chicago projects, Spectrum added to its footprint in Lake Zurich. Good site planning allowed the project to squeeze onto a narrow site without compromising space or function, or, vehicular service access. Generous landscaping provides a visual buffer for the adjacent residential neighbors and gives a garden-like feel to the campus.
