Westview Assisted Living & Memory Care
This beautiful 80 unit building is located in a wooded area of suburban Saint Louis and provides a park-like setting for our residents. The building features a state-of-the-art Memory Care area devoted to providing individualized care to our elders with moderate memory and Dementia difficulties.
This project went through three iterations over several years as Spectrum responded to rapidly changing market conditions. It began as an Independent Living facility, eventually evolving into an Assisted Living facility with a Memory Care component. We worked closely with several state and local jurisdictions to ensure a smooth review and entitlement process for our client.
