Southview Assisted Living & Memory Care
Southview was Spectrum's third facility in the Saint Louis area and we continued to tune up their building design, making important incremental changes for each iteration. At this facility we applied lessons learned on previous projects and redesigned the roof truss structure to radically simplify duct-work routing. This small adjustment did not add any additional cost to the project but did save the Owner money and the Contractor grief.
This project came to life with a story line very similar to her sister project in Ellisville. As market conditions changed, we worked closely with Spectrum to develop a winning project on a challenging site. Eighty apartments for assisted living are complemented by thirty-one units dedicated to memory care.
