Wade Paschall and Marc Lazar had a unique business plan and needed an unique architect, familiar with boutique retail and commercial storage to help them make it reality. Mr. Lazar is a talented wine sommelier who consults for clients across the country. Together we designed a renovation that transformed a run down two-story brick office building into a top-notch wine storage facility. Marc has identified the ultimate niche market that very few people are able to fill!
We designed offices for Marc and his staff, along with an adjacent tasting room so that his clients can visit their wine and invite friends. The storage facility is fully climate controlled, keeping temperature and humidity constant with full back-up systems in case of power loss. It features a state-of-the-art security system and a restricted access lift for transport of the vintages.
