Our Process

Pre-Design

  • Conduct Aesthetic preference Survey

  • Identify Common Area operational & aesthetic goals

Schematic Design

  • Digital Concept Board: Conveys the proposed design intent for the project

  • Refine the concept into a Final Digital Concept Board showing preliminary furniture, material and color selections

  • Incorporate Owner feedback at start of Design Development.

Design Development

  • Code Review: Identify code requirements for material selections such as Flame Spread & Smoke Development Index

  • Finalize selections for finishes & materials

  • Prepare drawings for Millwork, Cabinetry, and other fixed-to-building elements

  • Prepare drawings for Furniture, Fixtures, & Artwork (FFA)

  • Immersive 3D VR Studio experience at Vessel’s office

Construction Documents

  • Document the Interior and FFA Design for the purposes of Permitting, Construction, and Procurement

  • CD Package including: Floor Finish Plans, Finish Schedule, Room Schedule, Interior Details, etc.
