Following ten years of planning and consensus building, the renovation of the Landmark Condominium establishes a new benchmark for properties in Lionshead.

The entire facade of the original east tower has been upgraded and a new roof line is created with dormers and extended eaves. The lower townhouse component has expanded with the creation of 16 new residential condominiums that are constructed in the “air space” over the existing building.

Linking the two remodeled residential components is a new “Landmark” clock tower that houses mechanical equipment and a new elevator.

The cost of the project was met through contributions by the Association members and offset by the sale of new units by the private developer.
