Designed for the Galveston Housing authority, this multi building development was designed to accommodate the strict hurricane standard  due to it’s proximity to the Gulf of Mexico.

All the units in the buildings were all elevated 10 feet above grade in order to deal with the storm and flood zone requirements and utilized the on-grade area below the units to accommodate parking.
