Project Feature: Greater Goods

Greater Goods came to Vessel with a bold vision: to transform a century-old industrial building into a dynamic headquarters that could grow alongside their business. Originally constructed in 1911 as the Laclede Gas Light Company Pumping Station G, the building held layers of history—ripe for revitalization.

Our team embraced the challenge of preserving the building’s historic character while crafting a space that reflects Greater Goods’ clean, modern brand. The adaptive reuse design maintains key architectural elements of the original structure, honoring its industrial roots, while the interior was reimagined to support contemporary workflows, wellness-focused amenities, and minimalist finishes that align with the company’s ethos.

This project was not just about creating a beautiful headquarters—it was also about future flexibility. The design allows for portions of the space to be leased or divided as the company’s operational needs evolve, ensuring long-term functionality without compromising the integrity of the space.

We're proud to have partnered with Greater Goods to breathe new life into this landmark and support their continued growth in a space that’s both timeless and forward-looking.
